Quite frequently I am receiving questions from my students about “some good resources of coaching techniques”. I understand that inquiry – we are all hoping for easy and quick tools and solutions to help us in our lives. Certainly, they might work in a kitchen or around cleaning the household, but not always for helping professions; although, I am not completely giving up on the techniques.

However, more important than a technique is the model you use to make meaning of what you hear your client is saying and to understand your own internal process. Model is more important than a technique – that is the key message of this video.
